On June 12, our factory was struck by a tragic fire that completely destroyed our premises. We are grateful that no one was injured, but the devastation is extensive and fundamentally affects our business.
Due to this, we are temporarily forced to pause our webshop. We are now working intensively to find solutions, restore production and rebuild the business. Our goal is to be back and able to receive orders again in August.
We know that many of you are waiting for our products, and we are extremely grateful for your patience, support and understanding during this challenging time. We will update you continuously via our channels and look forward to being back soon – stronger than ever.
Even though our webshop is temporarily closed, our products are still available from our retailers. They have good stock levels and can help you with both purchases and support while we rebuild our business. You can find a list of stores under the “Dealers” tab.
Pre-orders directly through us
If you would like to place an order directly with us for delivery as soon as production is up and running again, please send an email to order@elpex.se. We will register your order and get back to you with delivery as soon as we have new components and roller skis ready. This way you secure your place in the queue and get delivery as early as possible.
